The weekend occurs twice a year in autumn and spring.

Dates for 2024 are:

16-19 May

12-15 September

The cost of the Weekend is $360 per person. This is includes travel and catering costs.

Please don’t let the cost of the Weekend deter you from coming. Payment plans can be arranged to suit different needs.

Information night

Based on need we will host an information night 3-4 weeks prior to the Weekend. This is an opportunity to meet some of the people running event and others considering, or intending to come on the Weekend. Mothers and or spouses/partners are welcome to attend.

Date, time and venue will be announced nearer the time.

A minimum deposit of $100 dollars is required to secure a spot.
